CA trapped my celphone number

The CA that has been calling a family member trapped my private celphone number when my husband called them from it. Now they have called it 3-4 times a day. I have caller ID so I don't answer it, I just let it ring. All this over a $1,200.00 debt which they are willing to settle for 1/2 if paid by a certain time frame. The SOL on this is not up until Dec. What should we do? They don't have our home number should I change my celphone number or just let the jerks keep calling?
