they wont re-fi cause ur unemployed. bad credit usually dont matter cause ours is like the worst it can get almost. good luck to u! check with ur state gov to see who to email to ask if someone needs a license in MO and if so..if they r. also check online for ur states BK laws and exemptions. :)
