I agree with you about paying a CA. I'm the type of person who feels better if I plan ahead, so I'm just trying to determine at what point I might be ahead to pay and keep a case out of court. I guess what I was really trying to determine was if a statement of transactions, etc. plus the apps with my signature would be enough for a judge to rule in their favor. So far I've completely ignored all letters and calls, I just know that this CA is sue-happy and I want to be prepared just in case. Thanks!!!!!
