An attorney wannabe from Flo-ri-dee? To say it's likely to be legendary Palm Beach, County, Barrister H.B. Shafritz, Esq. would not to the profession justice, as all 'collections professionals' pull the same stunts. Much the same as housethieves bust in with a pry bar, steal the VCR, and empty their chancroid bladders on the living room rug. Same M.O. defines the criminal subtype.
This is not validation, this is a worthless poopsheet standing in violation of FTC rules. Be sure to tell the FTC about this as well as your state AG and the FL Div. of Banking. These termites are just trying to scam you, it's all in a day's circle-work for the putrescent fulminating syphillitics comprising the 'collections industry'.

Industriously,

Keyser Soze
