You answer the complaint and summons with general denial. You then request validation and state you have no records of this account and that you have not been contacted in any way by this collection agency.

Read the FDCPA on this one. I think that they have to notify you first and give you an opportunity to dispute it. Please see a lawyer about this.

But do not ignore this lawsuit. Answer them and make them prove their case. Raise the SOL defense as an affirmative defense as well. You must raise all your defenses in your answer to the court.
