Is your fleet card in good standing? I don't quite understand your question. Your 1993 Bank of America card was charged off a long time ago. If you have a checking account with Fleet, it might be a good idea to change your account to a different bank because they could (highly unlikely) if they came up with that old debt, garnish your checking account. As I understand it anyway.
