There is a lot of psychology is debt collecton. My strategy was to ignore CAs and their mail. I totally ignored them. Sounds like you already opened a can of beans by talking to this guy. In this situation I think I would just tell the guy that I am judgement proof and to go ahead and do whatever he needs to do. If you can convince the guy that you REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT HE DOES!!! Psychology, psychology, psychology. Don't call him though, if he calls you again, you can try this psychology. I rarely ever recommend talking to a CA, but this might be an exception. Get the money together for the bk as soon as you can. Just my 2 cents
