Assxxxx Acceptic Crap-o-ration pulls yet another SOL time-barred scam, stock in trade of this slimy little coporate mutation founded by Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel in 1962. Mr. Reitzel has prospered mightily, according to tax records he has two mansions in Grosse Pointe, Michigan as well as land in Lakeland, Florida, home of the the state's honorable politicians, crime lords, dog track magnates, syphillitics, lunatics, and the walking dead. In short words, 'collections professionals'.
Taziblue provides fine counsel. Yep, you can fight these leaky air-sickness bags yourself but it is most stressful, to say the least.
Another hidden trap, to add to Taziblue's reasons for going to naca for is that this fine old venereal scumpany hasn't one scintilla of regard for the law. Evidence, their filing of a suit on SOL debt. You can countersue for this and win. They are considered experts by the court, they've no excuse for the breach of rules. Remember, their suit in itself is a violation of rules, all that follows will be more travesties.
Why do they do it? Because Ol' Rufe lives well, photos depict an apparently 'well nourished' male of 'geriatric' years, why not engorge nicely on blood money purloined by means of illegal suits? Hey, a man's gotta do what he's gotta do, Right?
By the way, that odious phrase finds its origin amongst mobsters, first cousins to 'collections professionals' who could justify the Reap of the Sabines, the starvation of the Kulaks, and the drowning of Cuban boat emigres as necessary for the good of all. Such is the venal nature of these thugs in shiny suits and cheap perfume.
They file time-barred suits on SOL debt and claim - illegally - the suit is within SOL. They know most consumers are unaware of their rights and protections and as well frightened of judicial process thus will fold like a cheap camera in the face of an onslaught by Ol' Rufe's and young 'Brad' Bradley's legal mavens. Bradley serves as prez of this cash-vacuum.
Another pitfall is dearly beloved ol' chum, hizzoner Judge Cracker, a man who believes SOL to be an egghead contrivance, to be disregarded in favor, always, of collection scumbags.
In other words, de Judge looks at 'evidence' cooked to order by CA lawyer-wannabes who stand before him in B.O.-stench polyester garb and knows full well it's a laundry list of perjured 'facts' and legal torsions.
No matter, "You done owes de money, Ahhhm gonna takes whats you done got." is the eloquent ruling.
A lawyer by your side, keeps the court honest. Judge Cracker gets away with legal prevarications when you appear pro per, he must behave hisself when counsel serves to protect your interests.
Remember, a time-barred SOL suit is grounds for dismissal, countersuit, and -absolutely without fail - a nice complaint by you filed with the FTC. CA's chancroid pus-pocket lawyers are wily, filled with lies. They'll play case-law games. They'll claim that in Bloatbag vs. Dootfly, a debtor owes ten times the principal plus ten thousand percent interest if he requests validation, and one hundred times that amount if he disputes the debt.
They'll claim that in DeGlumph vs. Goatcolon, any debtor found to have consumed water after five PM, Moscow time, shall be liable for the debt plus two-hundred thousand Euros. And so it goes, they're all full of tricks, every one of them dirty. Just like their jackal mothers.
A lawyer stops that malarchy dead in its tracks. Deadly, Keyser Soze "I have no pity."
