Well the collection agency called again today after a week. He says that they already sent a letter out to me about the debt that I owe. I told him that I never received a letter which is true. I asked that he send me another letter and he said no. He said that they are not in the letter sending business. I asked him severl times to send a letter giving me the information about who I am dealing with, with an address, and how much they "claim" I owe. He said no and I said well I'm sorry and hung up on him. What now???

: So I've just been notified that one of my accounts has been turned over to a collection agency. I didn't make a payment or anything yet. I was told to call back in a week with what I can do. What should I say whaen I call back? I've been doing a lot of research online and I know the basics of the FDCA. What should I say though. I'm pretty sure that that SOL is not up on this particular debt.
