Remove my name fro lawsuit after BK

Mu BK 7 was discharged last december. I included on it a lawsuit that was filed againts me and my ex husband.
A summary judgment was entered before my BK got discharged, it was only against my ex I found in the court file the lawsuit against me is on hold until further order by the court.
After that summary judment my BK discharged was granted.
What can I do to remove my name from the lawsuit case?
Should I write a letter to the judge requesting to get my name out of tha case?
Should I write a letter to the plaintiff lawyer requesting to get my name out of the case?
Is there a legal process involved in getting my name out of the case? or Do I need to expunge that record on my name?
11th circuit, Florida.
