Crap-One charges late fees when you pay on time, overlimit fees when you are within limit, promises to credit the fees when you call to complain, with all evidence in your favor. Very much like their twisted-claw dumpy-wing mutant 'brother-cousin' CA relatives, they lie.
Why? $imple. Profit$. Best thing to do is cancel if you've a good card, be sure to do it in writing, CRRS, so you can set them up for a countersuit should they try to pull a fast one.
File complaints with FTC. Look, we don't have to be experts at quantifying the violations, report what has happened.
