You need to sue based on their non compliance to the FDCPA. Every letter they send out in regards to their sham NAF has the mini miranda on the bottom of their letter. If they don't validate and continue in their activities of collection they are in violation of federal statutes. They need to be held accountable. Any Lawyer they get to further their cause needs to be held accountable as well and they need to validate because they are continuing a collection activity.
