I appreciate the feedback. I don't think someone can purchase bad debt after the SOL date, and then miraculously beat the SOL by showing the DOLA as "Today!".

Any thoughts? Also, what do you think about letting them sue, in order to get a judgement, as opposed to just getting it dismissed and letting this linger on?
