No, of course they can’t sue using their “credit report “ date of last activity. They can only sue using the original default date. Your SOL has run; you’ve got nothing to worry about there. They all put the DOLA as the date they purchased the account for purposes of reporting on the credit report, but that account STILL gets purged on the same date as the original account no matter what the DOLA says. If it doesn’t , THEN you have a potential lawsuit for illegal reaging.

As for a judgment, I’d nip it in the bud and stop them before they even started down that path with a SOL letter.
