I have a couple of accts on my CR that list DOLA as 2001, 2003, 2004 respectively....Now, I sent them a SOL letter and disputed with the CRAs - I also asked them when these TLs were to drop off. They said 2 nov of this year and the 3rd jan of 05. Now in theory, they are 're-aging' the accts, however since the CRAs ahve the drop off date right (you HAVE to talk to them to get it) I figure during the 11 or so months the have left on my report (sorry to not clarify--I wasn't specifically talking about your report)- I will go ahead and deal with a few other scumbag CAs that have reported to the CRA. If I get done, I will fight harder to remove JackASSet Acceptance. I also have them on other violations so if they want to come after me - they can go for it, they'll be paying me anyways....
