i know my views dont matter but lol. if i was a Ca, all i would do is sue and make you pay more to get the judgement off. if they cant get money, they WILL punish you anyways. their lawyers, im sure, work on retainer..one suit or 25 is the same amount. so i seriously doubt any "threats" matter one bit to them..and i would bet thats prolly not smart as they could get you for saying false things in court, should you get that far. i would think telling them you may file would simply get a suit filed extremely fast. but then..nothing makes sense to me about credit anyways so i may be wrong. wouldnt be the first or the last! always make sure its not a threat..its a promise. or dont say it. :)
