why they sue

sure they can. they dont sue someone because its worth their time now. most of us dont have much. its what we will have in the future..and if they have a judgement..they can get it. 10 years and renewable in texas. so someday should someone die and i get any of the insurance..i sell my house..i retire..(my ship comes in lol)the judgement is paid. they work on odds. most people wont show up and they get tons of default judgements. nice piece of paper to keep. the lawyers r paid by contract and not individual suits. so it makes sense they will sue as many as they can..working the odds these people wont fight and that sheet of paper hangs around, waiting on someone to come into money or slip and have a checking account. WILL they sue? ur guess is as good as mine. some do..some dont. no rhyme or reason to it. good luck. they dont look at what u have now..they look at what u MAY have someday.
