They already went through their rigged arbitration dealie (didn't wanna use 'thingy' and get sued again for copyright infringement)...and they have already mailed me court papers, so I can't exactly sit this one out and stay hidden...I would be able to pay them off a lump sum though but only if it was a percentage --not the entire amount and I would hope they would be able to somethingless damaging to my credit report...if I don't show for court and stay in hiding, I don't think it would be to my benefit....Anybody got advice here? I did a good job of ducking them thus far but I imagine when I start working (soon) they may try to get me then...
