Thank you for the info. We are in the lovely state of Georgia. The last time we paid on this account was over 2 years ago. The last time it was used was over 3 years ago. We had gotten behind on our cars, but ended up catching up with them. NO thanks to the loan companies who threatened repo day in and day out for 18 months! We just kept paying extra every month on both cars until we got them caught up. It took a long time to do so and we had to pay alot in late fees, it was better than losing the cars.
