I am sorry, but requesting validation prior to SOL is often asking for a lawsuit. You say your last payment to the original creditor was in 2003? WHY in the WORLD did you ask for validation?? I suggest that if you have no affirmative defense, you appear and try to get a mediated settlement,or if you can't pay ANYTHING,and have other debts, file BK. You probably have assets that seem assailable from anyone looking at your credit reports.
