As for "standing," look for any NY statutes that may be called "failure to state a cause." It could be "failure to state a cause of action" or "failure to state an action." In essence, it would be any statute that challenges the plaintiff's right to sue and obtain relief, or the law (or lack thereof) that the plaintiff is using as the basis for its complaint. If you find such a statute, be sure to cite it in your answer. Good luck!
