no license for CA--and a web site

texas does not require a license..only a bond for collectors. a small one. i emailed the person...its on the web site-- look up texas credit acts and government..cant think of it right now and dont have the time..sorry..and she mailed me back the next day with the 2 companies i asked about and yes they have bonds. no license needed except of course a lawyer has to be licensed to practice. but a CA doesnt. if u dont find it, i will try to look tonite and post it to u. the lawyers is the texas bar association. the other is with the attorney general i think or sec of state. not sure which one on the bond thing.
