I have a question that maybe J Kelly, WhyChat, MCM or some of you others may be able to answer The petition that the CA/law firm filed against me is not my actual name...in fact, my credit card account was opened under an abbreviated version of my last name? does this affect the ability to sue/collect in any way or am I screwed either way because it all goes through social security # or something like that?
