Was it financed in both of your names? If it is now in your name, they would most likely have to go to court and have the truck ownershipped reversed back to whatever it was before he put it in your name. If it was financed by both of you, then only half could be considered his. With all of the court costs involved along with the value of the truck (less than blue book) I would tend to think your truck is safe. Hopefully Why Chat will explain about the low value of the truck at sheriff's sale. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
