Yes, payday loans can be discharged in bankruptcy, along with the credit cards. However, $200 a month left over in cash would be a bad thing to show on BK papers. Check ALL your expenses and get that number DOWN below $100. Most people seriously underestimate what they REALLY spend in a month on all living expenses.

SSDI is exempt from garnishment and siezure.

What state are you in and when did you last pay the original creditors on these accounts ??
