Not if Wolpoff & Abramson already have the account. Believe me there is more going on than what meets the eye when Wolpoff & Abramson get the account. I'll bet you a beer they purchased the account prior to it going to Arbitration. Wolpoff & Abramson don't want you to know that because they proceed like their client the Plantiff is the Creditor when in reality they have sold the account. That's why they never validate and proceed with their arbitration scam. Nothing Sketchy about that JKelly!
