Got a quickie for you: In litigation with a notorious CA ... WINNING, by the way .... and their Lawfirm has been continuing to call with recorded messages wanting me to call them (obviously I'm in their loop of automated calls, and yes, they have been recorded by me). I have a countersuit against them.... My question is this:.. Is a Lawfirm who is acting as a Collection Agent for a CA exempt of not making calls on Sundays? It is my understanding NO collection calls may be made on Sundays, period. BUT can a LAWFIRM get by with it?
