looking into this, i have a judgment against me from 5th3rd bank from 1996 (it is off my cred. reports).. i found a letter stating Hanna is representing 5th3rd... so whats the worst that can happen.. garnishment..- self employed bank acct - in wifes name home - not in my name ive come about 2things with judgments in ohio.. they last 21yrs.. renewable in 5..... does this mean they have to be renewed every 5yrs or you go the 21 and then they renew for 5 more... they also pulled a "hard" inquiry on my cred report.. are they allowed to do this.. i thought only "soft" and if there is nothing on the report that relates to them how can they do this.... i have already opted out (several months ago) thanks again for the help and i am so so so glad to see this board back up...
