This is why it is a VERY good idea to get a lawyer from your OWN State.

Trying to decipher 50 different State's versions of any uniform law is impossible.

As I said originally, the BASIC uniform code of civil procedure says that a plaintif can not "pile up" 2 or more different claims into one action. MANY CA's try to do this to allow the claim $$ to be high enough to keep it out of Small Claims Court.
