Found the letter for the HC Provider. MedCLR has never contacted me or HC Provider. We have initiated all contact and I provided them with my new address and phone number in 2002. They have still never sent me a bill or any account information. What do I do so that the HC Provider can pay this? The HC Provider will not pay this unless they can "go over" the account information and the Dr's office says that they turned over my medical records to MedCLR and they can't/won't help me.
