if you cant afford a lawyer..this is only for po' folk like me who cant..lol...im hoping the courthouse will answer questions for me. books at the library..yes. ask ask ask. keep all your proof..copies..and take it with you. do not let them get a default against you..it may be what their banking on. if you have proof you have paid thru a CCS..bring it all. hang in..it doesnt mean the end of the world. a lot is simply fear factors..(pardon the plug for the show), they want you frightened and ready to cave. you may have a case against the credit counseling if they are not paying your bills. many of them have been sued for that. post again and let us know and any questions you may have..perhaps one of us can help..we sure will try!
