The Dr's office won't accept payment, it's less than $200, because they say they turned over to MedCLR (Collection Agency with an "unsatisfactory" BBB rating) They won't tell me anything about my own medical records saying that they turned them over to MedCLR which I believe is not true as I used to work for a doctor and we never threw anything away.

It's worse than fruastrating, we want to pay them and clear this whole thing up.

Also, they have never contacted me for payment. I just happened upon the claim(s) when I checked my credit report. I've been called a "B*&ch" by their reception staff, I was hung up on when I asked for proof that the account was mine, and I was told to just send in the check and they'd take care of the rest.

I just don't know how to proceed next (I've sent disputes to the CRAs).
