please post all you want. if we cant help, we can at least support you. i would own me a dr...he has bosses.. BUT he may not know a thing on what his front office is doin. tell him immediately. if he doesnt care or respond..then go for it. possibly the dr doesnt know he is losing money with incompetent staff and may be glad to know. also he may just delete the whole mess and let you pay the money you actually owe. i would try that approach first. and in writing, lol..if its deleted. very possible he has no clue what is goin on..and his staff is in for a huge wake up. either speak to his office manager or him only. forget any one else. he is responsible for ALL his office does.
