I am not sure exactly what YOUR local court rules are, however, I believe it would be as part of your answer denying the claim as stated, and averring that the lack of separate identification of disparate accounts with different account #'s balance amounts and dates of application is in violation of Court rules as indicated in the uniform code of civil procedures.

It would also be in your affirmative defense as an improper and illegal claim under Court rules and the FDCPA.
