Good point, Lady. Thank you for that. It's just been sitting there apparently for almost six years now with no attempt on the part of the law firm to collect. I'm curious as to whether the $800.00 I paid to PHS got 'transferred' to the law firm. I doubt it though...

I just don't want to open up a can of worms here. I believe the SOL on the penalties for breaking the lease, etc. has already ran. It's the judgment that I'm concerned over...
