i hope you have all that in writing and proof you paid it off in full..or they will sell that one , also. no, once its assigned or sold...the OC wont deal with you. they add on interest and demand a ton more. and they all say that..CAs...demand all the money..then settle for a portion..then ask for "payments" which means they string you along and ask again for the full amount plus interest and "fees". dont pay attention to their demands. its how they operate. then they will ask you..."if i can tell you how to find the money, would you be interested?" then they ask about your house..your jobs..your income and bills..your family. dont buy it...dont tell NOTHING. its mining for information to sue you. to see if you have anything they can take or force you to pay with. once its charged off..your stuck with CAs. who have many tricks up their sleeves...watch it.
