Should she send a validation letter with a C&D statement?
Where can she find an example of a validation letter in regards to her situation?
Could she get her bank to stop the auto payments since the agreement wasn't in writing or does she have to close it & open a new account?
If they sue with a Florida lawyer, she would have to pay or file for BK, right?
