I have already asked for the Validation. And they have given me only the Summons. What should I send back to them. Should I get a BK Lawyer and file for BK. The group I am against is Suttell and Ass. representing Citi.
My only problem is I do not know what to send them or what to say If I send them a Notice Of Appearance. Please help, running out of time.

If it comes down to it I might just file for BK to cover my rear.

Plus, I am working with Financial Solutions, debt elimination company. They are telling me to send a second letter stating that they did not validate the debt therefore; the debt does not exsist.

What should I believe or what should I do. Should I File BK or Send the letter Financial Solutions is telling me to send. If I do send the Financial Solutions letter, will that be sufficient for a response to the summons or Do I have to send a Notice Of Appearance?

So lost, so confused! Please help.
