OC is the abbreviation for Original Creditor.

Are you saying that you gave DebtXS your power of attorney to oversee your financial affairs? If you gave them your POA and they did not handle your affairs in a legitimate manner, then you need to file charges and prosecute the low-life. There are different types of POA's....general and durable. Both types of POA's require the POA to
act on your behalf and do as you would have done yourself....mainly, to look out for your best interest. IF not they're breaking the law they can be held responsible for their actions. Perhaps, you should talk with the District Attorney in the county in which you live as well as the state Attorney General's office.
