You need to check the NV statutes regarding USFM - clearly a scam, especially since they offered you a full refund so fast. If they were violating state laws, you could get all your money back and then some for damages. Call the NV Attorney General's office. I wouldn't sign that form just yet.

Do you have a copy of the papers you signed when you 'hired' USFM ?? What does it say in them about HOW they 'work' ?
