You've been gifted with fine counsel from wise friends on this board. Now, some color. Meet the dumpy-wing, mutant,triple-Y chromosome, failed lab experiment of Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel, of Grosse Pointe, MI, founder of AssXXXX Acceptic Crap-o-ration, a fine and venereal old scumpany.
Yes, yes, yes, AssXXXX just being itself, filing time-barred suit on SOL debt, claiming credit cards to be written contracts. Tedious, as would say old friend, pest control specialist, H. Lecter, M.D. File objection and motion to dismiss on SOL grounds, right away. Report these leaky garbage bags to FTC. You may have grounds to countersue.
In manner of homeowner who foils thieves by locking his door, by answering the suit you've greatly reduced their likelihood of success. Now they must spend time, money, and effort. Anathema to criminals, who upon sensing a locked door, becoming dimly aware of an alarm company sticker, move along to an easier target.

Dimly,

Keyer Soze
