all i know is what we did in our BK. nothing the lawyer said. only our house we kept, barely, due to citi and their illegal sh** and our land..which was sold for exactly what we owed on it. the judge never asked us one thing on the value of anything we had. thanks for all your wisdom, lady :)i know tax assesment here is a joke. our land cost us 18,000 and they upped the taxes to 35,000..with no reason at all. it sold for the same 18,000 we owed. and it about killed me to lose my land:(.
