I am ashmed to say that I live in a state with a 15 SOL on wirtten contracts. How backward thinking is this. No wonder everyone wants to leave this state. If it were not family ties I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Even our school funding has been classified as unconstitutional by our own state supreme court for 3 years running now. How pathetic is that, and the pathetic bafoons that run things still cannot figure out how to fix it.
Sorry for your bad luck Confused in Ohio, get to an attorney maybe they can find away around this.
