Should have told you the whole story. I already filed bk because someone else sued me. Unfortunately, I didn't find these credit forums till recently, or I probably wouldn't have had to file at all.

I was wondering if by claiming they couldn't find me for a certain period of time, the ASSes could toll the SOL or something? If so, reporting that has got to be illegal, and I can use it as leverage to get their TL off my credit reports.
