No, they cannot toll the statute except by state law. Basically, they have to sue you to toll the statute, or you have to leave the state where the default occurred...and then come back. :-) My assumption here is that you *didn't* include this in your BK. If you did include it in your BK, then they need to accurately record it as included in bankruptcy (IIB).
