Agree with Keyser 100%! Get past the SOL by laying low. If they sue after the SOL, give 'em holy heck. Most bad debt buyers watch credit reports for evidence that you are trying to clean up or re-establish your credit. If you act as if you could care less about your credit, they will assume that you have no money and no way to pay them. If you play your cards right, you can slip past the SOL with little notice.
