I remember you saying you are afraid to tape. I know you have your reasons for not using it, but your proof of violations is right in your hands -- or on your table. It IS legal in Texas to tape them. There can be no dispute then on violations and even the harrassment with that powerful tool, the tape recorder. With their own words they will hang themselves.
Please reconsider using it.
