nat'l check bureau

being sued by nat'l check bureau, answered denying all claims... only exhibit they had in complaint was cardmember agreement (no signatures), no account numbers, no amounts... their complaint is for 2 seperate accounts, 2 account numbers, not listed in complaint... only thing listed is amount $10k... on june 11, the court has set up a case management conference... what is this... when do they have to provide evidence of accounts... eg.. statements and charges from day 1 etc.. if they bought the account or are working with first usa etc...

any info would be appreciated..

also in their complaint they stated they would have a signed agreement at trial... nothing was ever signed...
