This sounds like a pretrial conferance, to try and get you to agree that you owe. Since they have provided verly little infomration, just go, listen, say very little, admit to nothing. Just say nothing or if you feel you have to respond say yuo are confused because they changed account numbers, added amounts togethere or whatever, and you will have to reveiw your records. The referee handeling this is more often than not, though they are not supposed too, taking the side of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff may even just call in on the phone.
I one time was in a similar situation, at the end of the pretrial conferance (which lasted about 10 min) my attorney told the referee that he was going to prepare interrorgatories and production of documents requests to force the CA to produce all records and documents. He did that and the CA dismissed the case a few days before the actual trial, and after they called with a 50% settlement offer (which I refused). I doubt NCB has the records to back up their claim.
