If the account has already been frozen you need to get yourself down to the courthouse ASAP and file a "Motion to Quash" to stop the levy. That will give you a hearing date to explain that those funds are exempt and what percentage.

If you didn't file exemptions when the judgment was entered, that goes along with the Motion to Quash, you have to claim that money as exempt !!!
